NAVIANCE LOGIN

  1. Login to EC Arms.

  2. Enter your student email address (example: Last Name + First Name + Last 4 digits of your Student ID @students.esuhsd.org.

  3. Click on the Naviance Tile.

  4. Sign in Naviance.

  5. Enter your student email address (single sign-on, no password required).

Credits / Grades

  • Students must earn a minimum of 220 credits in required courses to graduate from an ESUHSD high school.

  • Every class that you pass successfully earns 5 credits.

  • Junior year you will be enrolled in 6 classes and earn 60 credits. By the end of your Junior, you should have earned 180 Credits.

  • You must earn a "C" or better grade to move on to the next level of classes.

  • Review the High School Graduation and "A-G" Requirements, and Course Sequence Matrix. Check the Naviance 4-yr Plan page.

Colleges / Careers

  • Colleges/Universities only accept "C" or better grades, if you earn a "D" you will need to re-take the class for a better grade.

  • Attend Grade Level Presentations.

  • Attend College / Career Fairs.

  • Explore Silicon Valley Career Technical Education (SVCTE).

Exams

  • Take the PSAT in October to qualify for the National Merit Scholars Program - (will not be offered 21-22 School Year).

  • March 3 - SAT for Juniors (at no cost). More details soon.

  • Take the SAT or ACT College Entrance Exam in the Spring. Students who are applying to Competitive Programs or Private Colleges will also want to take at least (2) SAT subject area exams to provide additional data - (TBD).

  • Explore Naviance.

  • Take the Self-Discovery assessments to determine what type of career best fits you.

  • Update your 4-Year Plan.

  • Explore Careers and Colleges you are interested in.

  • Work on your Resume Builder, if you are applying to a Private College/University or to create a Job Resume. Begin to post your extra-curricular activities such as: volunteer hours, clubs, sports, awards, etc...
