Paperwork checked and added to the ASB Meeting Agendas (if it passes all requirements) by Tuesday @ 4pm.
ASB to communicate what is needed if papers do not meet requirements.
ASB Meetings on Wednesdays @ 3pm (unless otherwise noted)
Paperwork voted on and approved/tabled by ASB.
Signatures acquired by Exec, Activities Director, & Admin.
Post Meeting email sent to Finance Clerk and clubs included in the agenda by Wednesday evening.
Always check ASBWorks for status of club accounts (POs, account balances, etc.).
All clubs who want to become officially certified at Santa Teresa High School must submit the paperwork below to firstname.lastname@example.org. Club Activations are due TBA! Please read and study the Club Charter Applications properly and email us if you have any questions!
