ASB Paperwork Timeline:
Paperwork submitted to the Activities Director directly, in her STHS mailbox, or deposited in the blue lockbox outside of the ASB room (Rm 803) before the end of school every MONDAY, unless otherwise communicated during special schedules, etc.
ASB to communicate what is needed if papers do not meet requirements.
ASB Meetings are on Wednesdays during tutorial (unless otherwise noted)
Paperwork voted on and approved/tabled by ASB.
Signatures acquired by Exec, Activities Director, & Admin.
Always check ASBWorks for status of club accounts (POs, account balances, etc.).
All clubs who want to become officially certified at Santa Teresa High School must submit all required paperwork (linked here). Please read and study the Club Charter Applications properly and email ASB if you have any questions!
