2023 Homecoming Guest Dance Permission Slip (for non-ST student guests)

All dances are for Santa Teresa High School students. STHS students must comply with the following rules as well as all other school/district rules, and all venue rules in effect. If guests are permitted to accompany a STHS student, they too, must comply with the following guidelines as well as submit a Guest Permission Slip before purchasing a ticket. For this Homecoming Dance, guests will only be permitted if by 10/16/23 we have NOT met our ticket sale capacity. We then will open up the remaining tickets to ticket holding STHS students to purchase a Guest Ticket and continue sales to any remaining STHS students. All ticket sales will be from 10/9/23-10/26/23 or until they are sold out, whichever comes first.

A hard copy of the permission slip(s) must be turned into the School Bank before purchasing ticket(s) or at the time of purchasing ticket(s). Hard copies of both permission slips are available outside of Room 803 (ASB).
