PE Fitness is an engaging and dynamic fitness class that places a strong emphasis on cardiovascular exercise and strength building. Designed specifically for 11th and 12th graders, this course aims to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle beyond high school.

Unlike traditional physical education classes, PE Fitness goes beyond weight training and team sports.
