ASB & Student Activities

SCHOOL ACTIVITIES & EVENTS

At Santa Teresa High School, there are a variety of engaging events and activities designed to enrich the student experience and foster a vibrant school community. Throughout the year, students can look forward to a host of lunchtime activities that include interactive games and competitions. These activities not only promote school spirit but also help students build connections and make new friends.

In addition to the regular lunchtime events, the ASB organizes major annual dances such as Homecoming, Prom, and other dances, which are key highlights of the school year. For example, Homecoming features a week of spirited activities, including themed dress-up days, pep rallies, and a culminating dance that celebrates school spirit and unity. With a well-planned roadmap of events for each season that can be found below, Santa Teresa High School ensures there are plenty of ways for students to engage, highlight their talents, and be an active part of the school community.

ASSOCIATED STUDENT BODY (ASB)

The Associated Student Body (ASB) at Santa Teresa High School plays a pivotal role in planning and creating events that enhance the student experience and foster a sense of community on campus. ASB members are student leaders who collaborate to organize a diverse array of activities that cater to the interests and needs of their peers.

Major events such as the Homecoming Rally and Dance are some of the first ASB organized events students are able to enjoy. By the end of the year, ASB also plans the annual Prom, College Fairs, and more to ensure a wide array of experiences for students. In addition to these large-scale events, the ASB organizes the FATASTIKS Dance Performances, campus Club Rush to recruit new members for various clubs, lunchtime activities that provide fun breaks during the school day, Honor Night to celebrate student achievements, and the College Fair to offer valuable resources for future education.

Through these events and programs, ASB members create opportunities for their fellow students to engage, enjoy, and contribute to the campus community.
