Participation Requirements for All Athletes

  • Create a profile at ATHLETIC CLEARANCE.

  • All our athletic forms are paperless

  • You can download all forms if you like, once you are logged into Athletic Clearance

  • You will need to be cleared to try out AND play sports

  • Make an appointment with your doctor to get a sports physical ASAP - Don't Wait!


All students wishing to try out for any sport must first register to

From there you will enter in athlete info, health info, parental consent/signatures info, and upload a valid ESUHSD physical.

All forms must be uploaded and approved by an Athletic Director before trying out.

Please be advised that athletes may be removed from the (tryout) roster without valid documentation.

Admission prices/ticketing

The following sports will charge admission for all games: football, volleyball, water polo, basketball, wrestling

General admission price is $8, seniors (65+) and children under 12 are discounted. The prices listed are for all league contests and are the same for all sports. Championship events may have a different price. At ST, you can pay cash at the door or you can use the online ticketing option on goFan. Some schools will only have an online option. Please check each team page for the online ticketing link for each game.

Winter sports tryouts

Tryouts for basketball, soccer, and wrestling will begin on Monday, Nov. 1. You must be cleared on athletic clearance before you can tryout. Please check individual team pages for tryout information.

The athletics program at Santa Teresa will strive to maintain high levels of successful athletic opportunities that provide safe, equitable, and engaging experiences to all student-athletes. All student athletes will promote the highest standards of ethics, sportsmanship, respect, and responsibility. They will promote these attributes with assistance from their coaches, teachers, parents, and staff of Santa Teresa. Leadership will be encouraged along with developing and nurturing athletic skills in the positive spirit of competition.
