As is our policy, here are the following steps that must be taken first if any issues arise with a team/coach.
1. Set up an appropriate time (agreed upon by parent/guardian & coach) to discuss the matter with the coach (could also include your own student athlete or only between the coach &parent/guardian).
2. If needed after this discussion, please email an Athletic Director with your concerns. (The coach should also let an AD know what transpired at the meeting.)
3. An additional meeting with said parties with an Athletic Director(s) and an administrator will convene, if necessary.
We would like all coaches, athletes, parents/guardians and the school to communicate as effectively and as efficiently as possible. We hope you can understand our policy of a chain of communication that must be adhered to first. We will first ask if this has been discussed of both the coach and the parent/guardian.
