The New Counseling Platform "California College Guidance Initiative" will be coming soon.
CREDITS / GRADES
Students must earn a minimum of 220 Credits in required courses to meet the Graduation Requirements.
Students will be enrolled in 6 classes, and every class passed successfully will earn 5 credits.
Students must earn a "C" or better grade to move on to the next level of classes.
Review the Course Sequence Matrix, Course Sequence Flowchart and the Graduation and "A-G" Requirements.
Students with deficient credits, please contact your assigned Counselor immediately to create a graduation plan.
Freshmen will earn 30 credits for each semester and will earn 60 credits by the end of the school year.
COLLEGES / CAREERS
Students must meet the "A-G" Requirements with a "C" or better grade to be eligible for a 4-year University, and take the SAT or ACT College Entrance Exam if required. The University of California (UC) and Private Universities require a minimum 3.0 GPA. Students who earn "D" grades will need to retake the class for a better grade to be eligible for a 4-year University.

Take the PSAT Exam if available.
Create a List with all your extra-curricular activities such as: volunteer hours, clubs, sports, awards, etc...
